Pankaj Pradhan
Founder & CEO
Pankaj is an accomplished business leader with over 25 years of experience in enterprise business in International business development, start-ups & turnarounds in telecom, IT & E-Com Industries.
Prior to forming caudate tech, Pankaj was Business Head for Enterprise Business in Reliance Communications & before that he was COO & Head of Glo Gateway, Globacom., Nigeria, (part of US$ 5 Billion business conglomerate), Where he was running the P&L of apprx. US$ 170 Million Per annum.
Pankaj has an entrepreneurial style of management known for his ability to build high- performance teams and for driving profitability & growth through innovative solutions & go-to- market strategies. He cherishes mentoring Young Leaders and believes that there is a lot to learn from them.
Pankaj is an MBA from Utkal University after he did his M.Sc in Applied Maths.
Ajay Kanwar
Co-Founder
Ajay is an accomplished technology leader with over 25 years of experience in large project management, Business process transformation & implementing multiple digital transformation projects globally.
Prior to forming caudate tech, Ajay worked as Senior Consultant with Invensys Inc driving large ERP projects with Marque clients including Siemens healthcare, Computer Associates, Isuzu motors, Stryker Inc, Mindray Inc, Honda Aircrafts in USA, UK and China.
Ajay has played diverse roles of Enterprise architect for large transformation programs, setting up technology teams globally & providing advisory services to senior executives of fortune 500 companies.
Ajay is based out of New Jersey, USA & driving the business expansion of Caudate in North America.
Ajay is MDBA from Symbiosis, Pune and Post graduate certificate in sales and Marketing from IIM, Kozhikode.
